The Montblanc two-digit model number pens were replaced in 1968 with the Classic line-up. The pens reverted back to a three-digit numbering system. The pens were offered in Matt Gold, Matt Silver, Matt Black, Polished Black, Grey, Red (Burgundy), Green and Stainless Steel. The pens were offered in just one size. This feed remained in production through the end of the line in 1979.
