German for "Masterpiece," the Meisterstück No. 149 and it's white "snow-cap" logo is a worldwide symbol of luxury and quality. Being Montblanc's flagship model, the 149 is easily recognizable by it's large, cigar-shaped body and the impressive #9 sized nib attached to it. This pen has been serviced by our pen repair team. The nib unit has been sealed using 100% pure silicone grease to prevent leaks and the piston unit has been lubricated to ensure proper filling action. Serviced pens come with a 90-Day Warranty against any workmanship defects.

This pen features a 14C Gold Extra Fine nib with split ebonite feed. The nib and feed date the pen to approximately 1975 through 1984. 14C nibs are often slightly more flexible than modern Montblanc nibs.
