The Pilot Deluxe was launched in 1976 as the model line immediately above the Pilot Custom. It has slimmer and more elegant profile. It was made to be suitable with business attire. This pen was offered in three different finishes: the gold-plated D-2500GS, the stainless steel D-100NS, and the urushi-lacquered resin D-1000RS. This particular pen is the Stainless Steel D-1000NS. Overall, this pen is in A, Very Good condition.
