Having extensive experience with Japanese Eyedropper "Onoto-Style" fountain pens from the 60's, 70's, 80's, & 90's, our pen repair team is capable of everything from a minor nib adjustment to a full tear-down and rebuild of your pen. 

Our Full Service includes careful disassembly of your Ban-Ei pen and removal of the old original cork seal. After that, we replace the worn out, cork shut-off valve seal with two nitrile o-rings. These o-rings provide a safe (and most importantly, a permanent) fix for a leaky shut-off valve. This service costs a base fee of $50+$4.99 for shipping.

Purchase of this product will grant you an electronic deliverable including instructions on sending your pen to us for service. Our current service turnaround time for Ban-Ei pens is One week or less (excluding shipping time). Once we receive your pen, you will be emailed confirming it was received. Once your pen is complete, you will receive another email confirming its completion as well as tracking information for shipment back to you.
