Introduced in 1971, the Myu was Pilot's response to Parker's innovative T1 fountain pen. Equipped with a streamiled stainless steel nib integrated right into the grip section, the Pilot Myu earned the title "The Concorde of Pens" due to its striking resemblances to the sleek supersonic airliner. This pen is the rarer "Black Stripe" variant. It features engraved stripes along the length of the pen, which are then lacquered black.

Pocket pens are designed with portability in mind. While capped, a pocket pen will measure less than 125mm from end-to-end. However, when posted, it becomes a full sized fountain pen. Pocket pens were popular in the 60's & 70's but recently have been making a comeback. Being easy to slip in a pocket or purse make pocket pens ideal for travel and those who are always on the go.
