The Pilot Capless is the world's first capless fountain pen. It was developed and commercialized in 1963 and has been a popular selling pen since then. The knock-type system alloys the users to write quickly and then retract the nib. The nib is stored in an air-tight shutter mechanism that prevents ink leakage and drying. Sold under the Capless name in Japan and the name Vanishing Point in the US.
These pens are new with box and a single ink cartridge. The pen is still sealed. We have multiple pens and the picture is representative of the pen you will receive.
