The Ace was Citizen's mid-grade mechanical dress watch introduced in 1961. It features a Citizen 9200 series movement which was a slightly less regulated version of the movements found in the 1958 version of the Citizen Deluxe. This particular Ace features a gold plated case and a beautiful dial depicting Hokusai's The Great Wave off Kanagawa. 

Reference A515701. Overall, this watch is in C, Fair condition. The gold plating shows several areas of pitting, and the acrylic crystal has two cracks along the edge.
