The Credor brand was established in 1974 by Seiko as their new luxury pinnacle line. Originally intended to be a step above the Grand Seiko line, Credor watches feature some of Seiko's highest-end movements and exceptional finishing quality. Many of Credor's designs were done by none other than the legendary Swiss watch designer, Gerald Genta. Genta is known for his work for a large number of Swiss watch brands, most notably the Patek Philippe Nautilus and the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak.
