Originally released in 1993 for Pilot's 75th Anniversary, the Pilot Custom 745 was one of the premier luxury pen models offered by Pilot at the time. It features a solid brass body based on the iconic Pilot 743 plated in 14K gold. This pen is fitted with a fantastic 18k gold Pilot #10 sized nib with a broad point.
