The Pilot Custom 748 is a high-grade version of the renowned Custom 743 model by Pilot. The 748 came in 4 different variants: Sterling Silver Barleycorn, Sterling Silver Pinstripes, Gold Plated Barleycorn, and Gold Plated Pinstripes. This is the Gold Plated Pinstripes variant. The FKK-8000G-S 748 features a brass metal construction with a thick gold plating. It is equivalent in size to the standard resin 743 and has an 18K Gold Pilot number 15 sized nib.
