Founded in 1919, Platinum has been producing high quality fountain pens for over 100 years. They are considered one of the "Big Three" of Japanese major pen manufacturing. Platinum holds that title alongside Pilot and Sailor, producing some of the highest quality fountain pens in Japan.

This pen features an 14K Gold Fine nib. The nib has the old Platinum globe logo. This logo was replaced in 1968 dating this pen to pre-1968. The pen is in (C) Good condition.
