Seiko's second dive watch ever released was this - the 6105-8110. It was made popular by Martin Sheen's character in the 1979 film Apocalypse Now, Captain Willard. Sheen's character wore this watch in the movie, and has since been called the "Captain Willard" by Seiko enthusiasts.
This watch does run, but not consistently. The watch stops at about the 32 second mark every minute. Once the watch stops, it can be started again by gently shaking it. The watch will need to be serviced in order to keep proper time.
