Lever-fill fountain pen with 14K gold Steady nib. JIS on the nib dates the pen post 1954. The nib is stamped with 'Steady' which was the company of renowned nibmeister Ginjiro Kabutogi. Ginjiro Kabutogi did not produce 100% of the nibs made by Steady, but the brand is known for its high-quality nibs under his watch. This is a unique small pen with issues. It appears to be made of celluloid. The ink sac is dried and crumbly. It will need to be replaced for it to draw ink. The cap no longer screws onto the body of the pen. The feed is slightly misaligned, but is an easy fix when servicing the sac. The Steady nib makes this pen worth saving. Pen is non-functional as is. No returns on non-functional pens.
